Yoona Plastic Surgery Before and After Eyelid Surgery and Nose Job

 Yoona, part of Girls' Generation (SNSD) has been suspected of having plastic surgery.  The before and after photos show that she slightly altered the appearance of her face.

Here's Yoona before and after the supposed plastic surgery.  People think she may of had jaw surgery, double eyelid surgery, and a nose job.  It's all speculation though...

My friend from Korea jokes how easy it is to get plastic surgery in S. Korea and how all girls do it, but is he exaggerating? What about the members of SNSD?

I'm saying this because as an East Asian myself, I've noticed that going from adolescence to adult hood, Asians tend to drastically change, sometimes unrecognizable. Maybe that's why westerners think we are always getting plastic surgery?

Yoona from SNSD may of had plastic surgery to alter her appearance. It looks like she had jaw surgery to make her jaw less rounded. She now has a pointier jawline which ultimately makes it look more feminine. Here's Yoona before & after the cosmetic surgery procedure.
