Trista Sutter Plastic Surgery Before and After Breast Implants and Nose Job, Lips

Trista Sutter Plastic Surgery: The Original 'Bachelorette' Gets A Lift

We always perk up when we see Trista Sutter, the original Bachelorette, back in the news. But this time was, er, extra perky: Sutter revealed to Life & Style that she decided to undergo plastic surgery.

The mother of two, who met her husband Ryan Sutter on the inaugural season of "The Bachelorette" in 2003, is known for her fit figure (she's showed it off here, here, here...) But after giving birth to her children, Maxwell and Blakesley, Sutter decided she wasn't as proud of her bikini bod as she'd once been. "After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated,” she told the magazine. “And I had a droopy eye. It was something that I noticed in every picture I’ve ever taken.”

We hadn't noticed a thing (Sutter's, like, the hottest mom ever) but whatever floats your boat. So Sutter underwent blepharoplasty to lift her eyelids and "breast augmentation with an internal lift" to return to her perky ways.

While we were a little dismayed to hear the gorgeous mom had gone and messed around with her face (and chest), she may just be following a "Bachelor" franchise tradition. Vienna Girardi, winner of season 14 of "The Bachelor" and a "Bachelor Pad 2" contestant, had a nose job following her "BP2" appearance. Ella Nolan, also on season 14 of "The Bachelor" and "Bachelor Pad," underwent rhinoplasty, breast implants and liposuction after her stint on TV.

And Us Weekly reported that Emily Maynard, who recently found love as the most recent star of "The Bachelorette," got breast augmentation prior to appearing on season 15 of "The Bachelor." And that's really just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to "Bachelor"/"Bachelorette"/"Bachelor Pad" cosmetic surgery. Perhaps there is some correlation between appearing on the reality TV franchise and wanting to augment one's looks?

In any case, Trista says she's happier and more confident now that she's gotten a boost. Life & Style has the "before" and "after" photos can you see a real difference?

Exclusive Photo Shoot: Trista Sutter Plastic Surgery Reveal

"After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated," mom of two Trista Sutter, 39, reveals exclusively in the new issue of Life & Style. "And I had a droopy eye. It was something that I noticed in every picture I've ever taken."

After visits with her doctor, Dr. Franklin Rose, in Houston, she decided to move forward with getting plastic surgery on her eyes and breasts a blepharoplasty to lift her eyelids and remove the bags under her eyes, and breast augmentation with an internal lift that increased her cup size from a small B to a full C all in one day.

"I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband," Trista, who fell in love with her husband, Ryan, on The Bachelorette, in 2003, tells the mag.

"He wanted me to be happy, so he said, 'Whatever you need to do to make yourself happy, go for it,'" she says with a smile.

"I wanted to feel pretty again and I do!"

Tummy Tuck Plastic Surgeru Before and After

Are sit-ups not giving you the taut tummy you want? If you've got too much flab or excess skin in your abdomen that doesn't respond to diet or exercise, you may be considering a "tummy tuck," which doctors call "abdominoplasty."

This surgery flattens the abdomen by removing extra fat and skin, and tightening muscles in your abdominal wall.

It's not the same as liposuction, although you may choose to get liposuction along with a tummy tuck.

This is a major surgery, so if you're considering it, you should know the facts before you decide whether to go forward.
Who Are the Best Candidates For a Tummy Tuck?

A tummy tuck is suitable for men and women who are in good health.

Women who have had several pregnancies may find the procedure useful for tightening their abdominal muscles and reducing skin.

A tummy tuck is also an option for men or women who were once obese and still have excess fat deposits or loose skin around the belly.
Who Should Not Consider a Tummy Tuck?

If you're a woman who plans to get pregnant, then you may want to postpone a tummy tuck until you're done having children. During surgery, your vertical muscles are tightened, and future pregnancies can separate those muscles.

Are you planning to lose a lot of weight? Then a tummy tuck also is not for you. A tummy tuck should be a last resort after you've tried everything else. It should not be used as an alternative to weight loss.

You should also consider the chance of scarring after a tummy tuck. You can talk about that possibility with the doctor before the surgery.
How to Prepare for Tummy Tuck Surgery

The first step is to choose a surgeon and see him or her for a consultation. At that meeting, you'll talk about your goals and the following options:

If you smoke, your doctor will ask that you quit smoking from at least two weeks before the surgery until two weeks after the surgery. It is not enough to just cut down on smoking. You must stop completely since smoking makes complications more likely and slows healing.

Complete abdominoplasty. The surgeon will cut your abdomen from hipbone to hipbone and then contour the skin, tissue, and muscle as needed. The surgery will involve moving your belly button, and you may need drainage tubes under your skin for a few days.
Partial or mini abdominoplasty. Mini-abdominoplasties are often done on people whose fat deposits are located below the navel. During this procedure, the surgeon most likely will not move your belly button, and the procedure may only take up to two hours, depending on your case.

If you smoke, your doctor will ask that you quit smoking from at least two weeks before the surgery until two weeks after the surgery. It is not enough to just cut down on smoking. You must stop completely since smoking makes complications more likely and slows healing.
Also known as abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin, and in most cases restores weakened or separated muscles creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer.
A flat and well-toned abdomen is something many of us strive for through exercise and weight control. Sometimes these methods cannot achieve our goals.
Even individuals of otherwise normal body weight and proportion can develop an abdomen that protrudes or is loose and sagging. The most common causes of this include:
  • Pregnancy
  • Aging
  • Significant fluctuations in weight
  • Heredity
  • Prior surgery
Tummy tuck surgery is a highly individualized procedure and you should do it for yourself, not to fulfill someone else's desires or to try to fit any sort of ideal image.
Abdominoplasty is a good option for you if:
  • You are physically healthy and at a stable weight
  • You have realistic expectations
  • You do not smoke
Although the results of an abdominoplasty procedure are technically permanent, the positive outcome can be greatly diminished by significant fluctuations in your weight. For this reason, individuals who are planning substantial weight loss or women who may be considering future pregnancies may be advised to postpone abdominoplasty surgery. What a tummy tuck won't do:
Tummy tucks are not a substitute for weight loss or an appropriate exercise program. Also, tummy tuck operations cannot correct stretch marks, although these may be removed or somewhat improved if they are located on the areas of excess skin that will be excised, generally the treated areas below the belly button.

Tyra Banks Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job and Breast Implants

Tyra Banks is a media personality, model, actress, occasional singer, model and a businesswoman. She is a daughter of Carolyn a fashion manager and NASA photographer, and Donald Banks, a computer consultant.

Tyra Banks is a famous media personality, and her large breasts are rumored as the result of plastic surgery or breast implants.

She used to deny all these rumors but to prove it once she featured herself on front a plastic surgeon on in-air segment.

I have attached some Tyra Banks Plastic Surgery Before and after pictures have a look at then and give your comments.

Tyra Banks removed her bra in front of audience. Without the bra her breasts look natural and swings free. To prove further that her breasts are real she allowed the plastic surgeon to use ultra sound to identify any foreign material.

When the doctor doesn’t find any foreign material, the former model proved her blameless and shows that her talk show is also real.

While Tyra Banks might not have had plastic surgery on her breasts, she certainly has had work done on her face. More specifically, Tyra Banks has had a nose job.

Look at this Picture !!! You can find the Truth !!!

why they would go under the knife and hammer to change their nose ???? Do think she is better now or her natural nose is good.

Tyra Banks proves she doesn’t have implants:

Tyra Banks has been adamant about defending herself against rumors that she has breast implants. She went so far as to have a plastic surgeon inspect her breasts in front of a live audience on her talk show.

While Tyra Banks might not have had plastic surgery on her breasts, she certainly has had work done on her face. More specifically, Tyra Banks has had a nose job:

Tyra Banks before and after rhinoplasty:

It also appears that she may have had her hairline lowered. Although, she wears so much fake hair, that it may just be a beauty trick accomplished with her weave, rather then actual surgery.

Tyra Banks Says Yes To Plastic Surgery

It seems that even the most beautiful women in the world aren’t opposed to the occasional nip and tuck. That’s right, the Top Model herself, Tyra Banks, recently revealed that she thinks plastic surgery is “absolutely fantastic.”

During a media conference to launch the Asian spin-off of her hit reality competition show, “America’s Next Top Model,” Banks declared that she has no problem with it and criticized models that disapprove of it. "I hate when models say 'Oh, plastic surgery is just a wrong thing," says Banks. "What're you talking about? You won the genetic lottery. You look like this specimen that's making people everywhere feel insecure and you're going to ridicule someone for getting plastic surgery?"

As for if she would go under the knife, the former Victoria Secret model says, “Sure!” While she doesn’t know what she’ll do just yet, she did say that neurotoxins and fillers were definitely an option. “If one day I have wrinkles and I don't like it, I don't know if I'll cut myself, but maybe a little Botox and fillers.”

Ursula Andress Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job and Facelift

Ursula Andress has a rubbery face

Many eons ago, Ursula Andress was a sexy Bond girl. Like many women who were gorgeous in their youth, she is attempting to stop time and failing miserably. What is the end result? A rubbery face that looks like a Halloween mask. Her eyes have the requisite overly pulled open look and her lips look stretched by either implant or injection; neither procedure roll back the years to a more youthful look.

1. I take care of my flowers and my cats. And enjoy food. And that's living.

2. I have no problem with nudity. I can look at myself. I like walking around nude. It doesn't bother me. I see all the people walking around nude; it doesn't bother me.

3. Collecting is my joy; it gives me great satisfaction.

4. Collecting is my passion.

5. Don't take anything from me because I'll track it down.

6. Elvis and I continued to be friends and I saw him once or twice a year. But he was a troubled person.

7. Even if you have $20,000 to buy an item, you still try to get a good price at antique stores. I collect furniture, rugs, paintings, frames. It's my hobby to go around to shops and markets.

8. Everything is a piece of me, a moment of my life.

9. I couldn't live up to it. So I chose to run away.

10. I didn't see Dr. No for a year, but I liked it when I saw it. It was a fun movie. I don't like the Bond movies now. I hate special effects.

11. I don't use my body to seduce, no. I just stand there.

12. I don't have time to think about age. There are so many things to do.

13. I hate the word sexy.

14. I fell from the sky. I'm a parachutist and I missed my mark.

15. I hate to look at myself in a mirror and I never go and see films.

16. I live in Italy. I visit my family in Switzerland.

17. I love everything that's beautiful. A lot of things.

18. I mostly gave away what I had from the James Bond movie.

19. I never went to school. I never went to acting school because I was so scared.

20. I suddenly find out that I'm 60 and I get shocked by the number, because I feel like I'm 20.

21. I wanted to be a decorator. I wanted to interior design homes and do everything myself.

22. I was under contract to Paramount. They wanted to make me into somebody which I was not. So I got so scared and rebelled, so they threw me out of the studio.

23. I'm always shocked when I see myself because I don't recognize myself.

24. If I don't have room for an item, I put it in warehouses.

25. It's going to be over soon, so I don't really have time to get busy.

26. They offered me one cover about 10 years ago, and I said: "no, I can't do it". I'm happy to cover up now.

27. This bikini made me a success.

28. When I go to a country, I go to flea markets, antique stores. I am always looking for something.

29. If the role calls for it, naturally I will take my clothes off.

30. I don't have any movies planned. It's hard to make movies today. They have all changed to action and violence. That's not my style.

31. I'm waiting to have a big castle or country home to put all of my collection in. I have an attic full of stuff in my friend's house in Virginia.

Usher Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job

Tamika Foster Suffers Serious Complications Due to Plastic Surgery

Usher’s wife, Tamika Foster, went on a little “plastic surgery vacation”, that didn’t end up turning out so well. Tamika is currently in a hospital in Brazil following unexpected complications from her cosmetic surgery.

It’s unknown at this time what procedure(s) Tamika was undergoing, but I bet it was a “mommy makeover” which is a common package of plastic surgeries that include a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift with implants.

Tamika and Usher have a one year old child and a 2 month old child. Not only do I think it’s ridiculous to get plastic surgery a mere two months after giving birth (your body hasn’t even had a chance to fully recover from child birth, let alone spring back into shape), I think it’s irresponsible for a doctor to have operated on her so soon after having her baby. Plus having multiple procedures done at one time (which I suspect Tanika Foster underwent) highly increases your risk or serious complication and even death, such as what occured with Kanye West’s mom Donda.

How Tameka Raymond's Plastic Surgery Went Wrong

A Brazilian plastic surgeon has revealed details of the procedure that temporarily left Usher's wife, Tameka Raymond, in a medically-induced coma.

Two months after giving birth to the couple's second son, Raymond, 38, traveled to Brazil to have liposuction on her stomach, says Ellen Dasptry, a rep for Sao Paulo plastic surgeon Dr. Silvio Sterman, who was to have performed the surgery.

"Tameka Raymond came here on Friday to do a liposuction. Shortly after she went under [general] anesthesia, she suffered a cardiac arrest," Dasptry tells PEOPLE.

Raymond never had the liposuction. According to Dasptry, after her cardiac arrest, Raymond was immediately revived and placed in an induced coma.

"When an attack like this happens, the doctors put the patient to sleep... and make sure that everything is okay and that there has not been any damage," explains Dasptry. "This is the protocol every time and this is what was done."

After a day in the ICU, Raymond was transferred to a larger facility, Sao Paulo's Hospital Sírio-Libanês, considered one of the finest in Brazil, says Dasptry. After nearly a week of recovery, she "is doing very well," says the surgeon's spokeswoman.

On Saturday, Usher canceled a performance at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala to fly to Brazil to be at his wife's side. Davis told partygoers the singer had to leave due to "serious injury in the family." Usher and Raymond have two sons: Usher Raymond V, 1, and Naveid Ely Raymond, who is two months old. Raymond also has three sons from a previous relationship.

On Feb. 8, Usher's rep Simone Smalls issued a statement on the star's behalf: "Tameka Raymond is in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil. Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital. No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time."

Raymond's case has stirred debate within the medical world over whether a wait of two months between giving birth and undergoing liposuction is sufficiently long.

According to New York City cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Neil Sadick, "The general feeling is no abdominal surgery should be performed within eight weeks because of the distension and inflammation of the abdomen/uterus due to pregnancy. [Women] should wait at least three months postpartum before undergoing any type of procedures to the abdomen... They would need to get clearance from their OB/GYN and internist."

But Dasptry says Raymond met with her Brazilian surgeon Feb. 6 to undergo tests and was determined to be "in good health." "In plastic surgery all over the world, there is no rule that says a woman can't have plastic surgery performed two months after childbirth," says Dasptry.
