Vienna Girardi Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job and Breast Augmentation

Vienna Girardi talked to Hollywoodlife.com exclusively about how she got her nose job, but is done with cosmetic enhancements!

The outspoken Bachelor starlet Vienna Girardi recently went under the knife for a new nose and is more than pleased with the results. But after rhinoplasty and a breast augmentation, Jake Pavelka‘s infamous ex is ending her relationship with plastic surgery.

“I’m done, that’s the only thing that I wanted. That’s it!” Vienna told Hollywoodlife.com at KIIS-FM’s Teen Choice Awards gifting lounge at the W Hotel in Westwood Aug. 5.

We’re glad Vienna isn’t pulling a Heidi Montague and going overboard on the enhancements. (Although two surgeries under the age of 30 isn’t exactly appreciating her natural beauty…) However, just because she has sworn off going under the knife, she doesn’t regret the procedures she’s already had done and glad she didn’t drastically alter her look.

“A lot of people say that they can’t tell the difference, but I can because I look at my nose everyday. My biggest thing was to still look like myself,” Vienna said.

"Bachelor Pad" may have just gotten started (complete with crazy awkwardness between Vienna Girardi, current beau Kasey Kahl and ex-fiance Jake Pavelka), but the show finished shooting weeks ago and Vienna then went under the knife to change her appearance slightly.

Girardi had a nose job, performed by Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose, father of fellow "Bachelor Pad" contestant Erica Rose. The new nose isn't a huge change, but you can definitely see a different in the before (above, right) and after (above, left) photos.

Boyfriend Kasey tells US Weekly of the nose job, "I don't think she needed it, but I am just here to support her 100 percent. If she wants to get a nose job and change something about herself to make herself feel better because she's had to deal with it in the past, you know what? I support it. I thought she was beautiful either way."

Vienna Girardi, winner of Jake Pavelka's heart on "The Bachelor" (their subsequent breakup was all over the news as well), will be seen on "Bachelor Pad" starting in August. But her face when "Bachelor Pad" airs will be a little different how it looks now.

Girardi told US Weekly that she decided to have a nose job, which was performed last week by Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose, the father of fellow "Bachelor Pad' contestant Erica Rose.

She says of the procedure, "It has only been a few days since my surgery and I'm in a ton of pain but the excitement of seeing my new nose soon is keeping me in good spirits." She also adds that her current boyfriend Kasey Kahl, a "Bachelorette" and "Bachelor Pad" alum, is helping her recuperate.

Vienna adds on Twitter, "I want my surgery to be looked at as positive reflection of how I feel. If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT. xoxo."

We're curious to see what she looks like. Since the surgery was just performed a few days ago, we would imagine we'll have to wait just a bit. Vienna may not have been our favorite "Bachelor" contestant ever, but there was nothing wrong with her nose.

Vince Neil Plastic Surgery Before and After Brow lift, Check Lift and Nose Job

Vince Neil, lead singer for the 80′s hair metal band Mötley Crüe is no stranger to going under the knife. Vince had extensive plastic surgery a few years ago with the hope of re-capturing his once youthful appearance. Years of drinking and drugging really took their toll on Vince’s looks. He was fat and bloated but he really didn’t need a full face lift. But he got one anyway. Throw a brow lift, check lift and nose job into the mix too. He even filmed the whole procedure and played it for the world on VH1. Vince looks very different today then he did before the surgery. Take a look at the before and after pictures and you can see Vince must have been wasted when he decided to get the surgery.

Is there a point to giving Vince Neil a plastic surgery makeover? There’s no amount of surgery that can remove the after effects of drugs, sex, alcohol, loose women, bad diet, lack of sleep, and crazy lifestyle from a person’s face. That stuff is permanent!

Oh well, don’t forget to watch ‘Remaking Vince Neil‘ on VH1, check your local listings.

Virginia Madsen Plastic Surgery Before and After Botox Injection and Nose Job

Oscar nominated actress Virginia Madsen has admitted to having both Botox and Juvederm injections, according to the latest People Magazine:

Pointing to the bridge between her eyes, the Sideways Oscar nominee, 45, told a New York press luncheon that “over the years” she’s put the wrinkle-erasing product to use in order to deal with her “11″ lines, and “more recently,” she said, she’s also used Juvéderm to correct the creases at the sides of her mouth. “

As I started to talk about it and as it ended up in print there was such an overwhelming response from friends and family, lots and lots of actors, people on the street,” said Madsen, who is the new spokesperson for Allergan, Inc. – the maker of Botox and Juvéderm. “They were surprised that I looked so ‘normal.’ ”

Madsen, whose mother, Elaine Madsen, was at her side, said: “That is how it should be. I don’t have that sort of frozen look that we have talked about.”

She really looks good. There are SO many actors and actresses who have Botox treatments but don’t admit to it (which is just fine) or speak out against it (which is hypocritical). It’s nice to see someone come out of the Botox closet without worry. I wonder how much the company is paying her?

Virginia Madsen: Botox Now, Plastic Surgery Later

Oscar-nominated actress Virginia Madsen is very open about her choices in life, including her use of Botox and Juvederm. While other Hollywood figures busy themselves with lying about getting plastic surgery, Virginia feels that there is no need to hide what she sees as just another choice she makes to express herself. Virginia is so serious about empowering women with honest information about beauty choices that she’s even teamed up with Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic to educate consumers about it. In Make Me Heal‘s exclusive interview with Virginia, the 46-year old actress candidly discusses what work she’s gotten done and what she hasn’t had done — yet.

Can you please describe your daily beauty regimen?

Virginia Madsen: I don’t have such a daily routine so much as I just really take care of myself. I get enough sleep. I have a really good breakfast in the morning and take care of my skin and I guess it’s not really that complicated what I do. I do use La Mer which is the only product I use that’s really expensive. Everything else is Nivea and Neutrogena.

After giving birth, what did you do to get your body back into your pre-mommy shape?

Virginia Madsen: I never got back to pre-mommy shape. I got better. I had a really hard time of it. I didn’t really bounce back at all. My son was 5-years old and I still hadn’t lost the baby weight and I was really unhealthy. I knew that I had to make some serious changes in my life overall. So started working out. I started taking Pilates. I started going on hikes with my son. And around this time, as things began to change, a friend of mine suggested that I try Botox Cosmetic. And I was like, oh I don’t know about that. So I asked a lot of questions of my doctor and found the right dermatologist and I started doing that and as my body began to change, I started to look on the outside as I felt on the inside. And Hollywood took notice and I started working again. And with success came better jobs and a lot of attention and it was a couple years after Sideways that I said in an article that I use Botox and it was big news. And everyone wanted to know about it. And I figured, fine, no problem I’ll tell you all about it.

How did you decide to become a spokesperson for Botox?

Virginia Madsen: Allergan is the company that makes Botox Cosmetic and they had a really wonderful idea to set up a website. We did do a safety campaign where we went around the country urging people to only use Botox under the supervision of a doctor and to find the right doctor because as the word got out that I use this product, nobody had asked me who my doctor was and I felt really strongly in my personal life, before the campaign, that I had to tell people to do this safely. Don’t go to a Botox party. Don’t use a substitute. Get the facts and go to the right doctor. So when they came and had this campaign idea I said, yes, absolutely, I’m in, and that’s how that happened.

It was such an incredible experience over that year just being able to talk to so many women. And as we talked about why is everyone being so hush-hush about Botox Cosmetic. Why is it a taboo subject? Why can’t we talk about it in the open? And all kinds of women’s issues came up in these gatherings so we all wanted to continue it through the next year and the idea came up for the Freedom of Expression campaign. That we would team up with the League of Women Voters because what better way to express yourself this year than to vote? It’s been a really great, rewarding experience.

Which leads to our next question; who is your doctor?
Virginia Madsen: I see two different doctors. Dr. Rish in Beverly Hills and his partner, Sherry Feldman. I see both of them and I see them because I felt comfortable with them. I also appreciated the time they spent with me and answering every question that I had, no matter how silly it may have seemed. And they wanted to know what kind of results I wanted. It wasn’t really about what does this do if you inject it. It was, well, what do you want it to do? How do you want to look? Your treatment should be custom made, like mine.

How did you research Botox?

Virginia Madsen: I didn’t have the website then, so I first asked my regular doctor where I could find a dermatologist or certified plastic surgeon. And I tried to find whatever I could find online but it seemed to be just facts and figures and people’s experiences. But I thought it was best to go to the source. So I went to a doctor, I didn’t really feel great about him and found another one. And that’s really where I did my research, through him; through different things he had me read. So I got the real, medical facts.

So when you did have the Botox how much was injected? What areas?

Virginia: I don’t know. I just know I started very small, just where that 11 is between your eyebrows. And it was sort of stamped into my forehead and I didn’t like it, so I treated it there. And I just wanted to make sure everything still moved. And I do it twice a year and I really like my results.

So the results last about 6 months?

Virginia Madsen: Yes, although it didn’t in the beginning. It’s different for everybody; depending on your body chemistry and how you’re using it. Mine at first just lasted about 3 months, but now over the years it seems to last a lot longer.

Vivica Fox Plastic Surgery Before and After Nose Job and Breast Augmentation

Vivica Fox is the Midwestern black girl next door. She grew up in Indiana and moved to Los Angeles to make it in the big leagues at the age of 18. After toiling in Hollywood for over a decade, she got her real big break in the movie 'Independence Day' where she played Will Smith's wife.

Like the majority of Hollywood, Vivica has had a huge amount of plastic surgery and it paid off big time. It looks like she had breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and a facelift. More recently, she has had lip augmentation and jaw implants.

Vivica Fox recently dated 50 Cents and below is seen discussing their breakup.

She is best known for her roles in the films Independence Day, Set It Off, Soul Food, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, Kill Bill and Juwanna Mann. She is a graduate of Arlington High School in Indianapolis, Indiana and Golden West College with an Associate Art degree in Social Sciences.

Vivica Fox had a breast augmentation, although some have criticized her results as being unnatural. Fox has also suffered the public humiliation of having her implants ripple and be caught on camera. In addition, the actress is rumored to have had an upper lip injection in the form of Collagen.

It is also rumored that Vivica’s perfectly chiseled nose and defined bridge are the result of a nose job. Now, it seems that Vivica dabbles with Botox injections or other dermal fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm to achieve her wrinkle-free forehead and laugh-line free smile.

Actress Vivica Fox spoke about her plastic surgeries in an issue of Upscale Magazine, she was open and proud about it. She has changed a lot with the pass of time, here you can see a bit of it.  Looking her breast shape, it appears that she could be having some breast augmentation and lift, this result can be achieved sometimes with special bras or tapes when the breast size allows it.

Vladimir Putin Plastic Surgery Before and After Botox and Facelift

From Russia with Botox: Has Putin had a facelift... or just plenty of sleep? Mystery as bags under eyes vanish

In his days as a KGB spy, Vladimir Putin presumably knew a thing or two about the art of disguise.

And speculation mounted in Moscow yesterday that the Russian prime minister’s latest transformation is the less-than-subtle result of extensive cosmetic surgery.

The 58-year-old’s taut and wrinkle-free appearance at a party conference this week set tongues wagging that he has gone under the knife ahead of his bid to return to the top job of president next March.
Facelift? Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin sparked feverish speculation that he has had cosmetic surgery when he appeared at the United Russia congress on Saturday

Changing faces: (from left) Mr Putin at the United Russia congress, in April this year and in 2000.

Experts claim that Mr Putin’s dramatic transformation is down to a number of procedures including a facelift, cheek-fillers, a brow-lift, removal of bags under his eyes and Botox.

How do you say Botox in Russian?

Whatever the reason – and there are many a rumor about how this transformation took place – Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin, 59, is looking a lot less stressed these days, as these before and after photos show.

Notice on the right, in the photo of Putin 2.0, that his forehead is perfectly smooth, his cheeks aglow and those deep lines that once characterized his handsome (to some) face are now gone with the Baltic wind.

Britain's Guardian speculates that Botox did the trick and also suggests that he has also undergone some nip/tucks.

As quoted by the Guardian from the liberal Russian magazine New Times, four plastic surgeons analyzed Putin's new look and concluded his had Botox in the forehead, his lower eyelids lifted and his cheek bones firmed up with fillers – all in the bid to make him look more appealing as he faces an upcoming election next March.

To that end, CBS News reports on Friday that a brand new poll shows that he is slipping in his approval rating, to 51 percent, down from 61 percent last month.

Wanda Sykes Plastic Surgery Before and After Breast Implants

Wanda Sykes recently revealed on Ellen that she was diagnosed with breast cancer following a breast reduction surgery.

“I had breast cancer. Yeah, I know it’s scary,” she said. “This was in February. I went for the reduction. I had real big boobs and I just got tired of knocking over stuff. Every time I eat … Oh lord. I’d carry a Tide stick everywhere I go. My back was sore so it was time to have a reduction.”

“It wasn’t until after the reduction that in the lab work, the pathology, that they found that I had DCIS [ductal carcinoma in situ] in my left breast. I was very, very lucky because DCIS is basically stage-zero cancer. So I was very lucky.”

As many of you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  I applaud Wanda for speaking out on this very personal topic.  Although I rarely perform breast cancer reconstruction anymore, I often perform breast reduction surgery.  I always make it a point to send all the tissue removed via a breast reduction to the pathologist in case there is an unrecognized cancer there.  I’m glad that Wanda’s diagnosis was DCIS, since tumors of this stage haven’t spread yet.

Plastic Surgery encompasses cosmetic and reconstructive procedures and we would like to see this time the case of actress Wanda Sykes, who shared her story on Ellen recently. Wanda was diagnosed with breast cancer following a breast reduction procedure.

“I had breast cancer. Yeah, I know it’s scary,” she commented. “This was in February. I went for the reduction. I had real big boobs and I just got tired of knocking over stuff. Every time I eat … Oh lord. I’d carry a Tide stick everywhere I go. My back was sore so it was time to have a reduction... It wasn’t until after the reduction that in the lab work, the pathology, that they found that I had DCIS [ductal carcinoma in situ] in my left breast. I was very, very lucky because DCIS is basically stage-zero cancer. So I was very lucky.”

This month, well a bit in advance for October but never mind, we would like to join the thousands of voices talking about this topic to increase breast cancer awareness and congratulate people like Wanda who share their stories, they are surely helping others out there who are listening and face a similar situation.

Wanda Sykes being outrageous – that's expected. But for the actress-comedian to be serious? That's rare. Even when the issue is personal.

In this case, it was also health-related, when she admitted for the first time, to Ellen DeGeneres during an interview to air Monday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, that earlier this year she had breast cancer and then elected to have a mastectomy.

"I had breast cancer," says Sykes, 47. "Yeah, I know it's scary."

The cancer was found after she had undergone what was essentially a cosmetic procedure, to have a breast reduction.

"This was in February. I went for the reduction. I had real big boobs and I just got tired of knocking over stuff. Every time I eat … Oh lord. I’d carry a Tide stick everywhere I go," she quips. "My back was sore so it was time to have a reduction."

She continues, "It wasn't until after the reduction that in the lab work, the pathology, that they found that I had DCIS [ductal carcinoma in situ] in my left breast. I was very, very lucky because DCIS is basically stage-zero cancer. So I was very lucky."

As she is quick to point out, "But cancer is cancer. I had the choice of, you can go back every three months and get it checked. Have a mammogram, MRI every three months just to see what it's doing. But, I'm not good at keeping on top of stuff. I'm sure I’m overdue for an oil change and a teeth cleaning already."

On top of which, "I have a lot of breast cancer history on my mother's side of the family."

This latter fact prompted Sykes to reach a dramatic decision, "to have a bilateral mastectomy," she says. "I had both breasts removed … because now I have zero chance of having breast cancer."

Explaining her choice, she says, "It sounds scary up front, but what do you want? Do you want to wait and not be as fortunate when it comes back and it’s too late?"

When it came to speaking out about her past few months, Sykes, the mother of nearly 2½-year-old twins with her wife, Alex, tells the talk-show host, "I was like, I don't know, should I talk about it or what? How many things could I have? I'm Black, then Lesbian. I can't be the poster child for everything."

With a laugh, she notes, "At least with the LGBT issues we get a parade, we get a float, it's a party. [But] I was real hesitant about doing this, because I hate walking. I got a lot of [cancer] walks coming up."

Wanderlei Silva Plastic Surgery Before and After Photos

Hoping to end some of the widespread speculation about his recent plastic surgery, Wanderlei Silva on late Friday released a new video blog to discuss the necessity of the procedure.

Silva said a massive amount of scar tissue required his surgeon to rework the area around his eyes and nose.

After the first post-surgery photos hit the online MMA world last month, many fans pointed to a "pulled-back" look to Silva's eyes.

While such a procedure is usually done to make one look younger, Silva said his surgery was all about necessity and wanting a fresh start for a run in the UFC's middleweight division.

"There was a lot of speculation about my surgery," said Silva, who spoke in his native Portuguese and provided English subtitles. "People are noticing my eyes, and this is what happened. Scraped the eye's bones. I've had more than 200 stitches ... in the area of the eyes. So the doctor scraped my skull, so that will go down.

"The goal is for me not to get cut so easily in my next fight because before I was receiving big cuts only from scratches. I was always having to get seven, 10, 15 stitches, and this was hurting my performance."

Silva said he also had the surgeon rework his nose area, which had been broken during a fight with Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic in 2006 and continued to bend and warp from additional breaks in training and other fights.

"I fixed my nose, and now I'm breathing better, snoring less," said Silva, who said he suffered from sleep apnea and awoke four or five times per night. "Now I can sleep through the night, and I'm feeling very good."

Silva said the procedures were done because they were required for a "different stage of my career."

Once one of the world's most dangerous fighters and a superstar of PRIDE, Silva is just 1-5 since that loss to Filipovic. He most recently suffered a unanimous-decision loss to Rich Franklin at UFC 99.

That fight took place at 195 pounds, and the former light heavyweight said he'll make the full drop to 185 pounds for his next bout.

"I want to start a new era with a fresh beginning," said Silva, who isn't sure when he'll return to the octagon.

For the complete video, in which Silva also explains why he took some time off to build his own fight team, check out the embedded video.

Wayne Newton Plastic Surgery Before and After Facelift and Botox Injections

Wayne Newton had some unfortunately botched plastic surgery.  His facelift and Botox injections left his face looking stretched and unnatural.  It's like he was trying to look "exactly" like he did when he was young.  Celebrities have to approach plastic surgery more subtle and conservatively. Here's Wayne Newton before and after plastic surgery.

What's happened to Mr Las Vegas? Wayne Newton is puffy-faced as he attends court hearing

He is the legendary Las Vegas entertainer whose charm and a handsome appearance has made him a hit with throngs of female fans for decades.

Making it big with is hit Danke Schoen in 1963, the youthful singer and heartthrob went on to conquer the stage in Sin City over the past 40 years.

But the 70-year-old crooner gave a new meaning to the word fresh-faced as he attended a court hearing in Las Vegas today.

While switching channels past Dancing with the Stars, I couldn’t help but notice Wayne Newton‘s odd, odd appearance. What is going on here?

It appears to me that his eyebrows are elevated and don’t move. At all. This is a possible consequence of Botox, which if overly injected can create a “frozen forehead.’ However, while it does smooth the forehead wrinkles, it doesn’t create elevated eyebrows like his. That is a possible consequence of a browlift. He also has very little excess skin of his upper eyelids, a possible result of an upper blepharoplasty.

His jawline is also extremely sharp for a 65 year old man. This could be due to a facelift. There are some other things that may be going on here, but I think these are the most obvious. As a plastic surgeon I would recommend that he let the Botox wear off a bit, avoid the sun and tanning, and focus on his great voice, not his dance moves.

Wendy Williams Plastic Surgery Before and After Breast Implants

Wendy Williams Plastic Surgery For Breast Implants

Wendy Williams undoubtedly had breast implants early on.  The plastic surgery operation is rumored to have increased her breast size to a 36DD.  The star has unnaturally large breasts, but they seem to work for her. In the before and after photo there's no way Wendy Williams ever had natural breasts as big as they are now.  The TV personality definitely had plastic surgery to increase her breast size.

Wendy Williams is a Plastic Train Wreck

It’s like Wendy took a picture of Beyonce, Mariah Carey, a porn star and a drag queen to a plastic surgeon, shoved a bunch of money down his pants and said, “Let’s do it”. Ain’t it the truth that money can’t buy class? Wendy Williams spent several hundred thousand dollars to look just as shallow and trashy on the outside as she is on the inside.

Wendy, who is 47-years old, has admitted to choosing liposuction over a healthy diet and exercise, having several boob jobs and a tummy tuck. According to Wendy:
“Who the hell wants to diet and exercise when you can have liposuction. I didn’t want to wait. I wanted my new body now…Surgery gave me body acceptance. I say boola-boola to all you women out there who don’t care how you look. I was never comfortable being overweight. I always felt like a smaller woman trapped in that big body, waiting to be unleashed…”

So not only is Wendy Williams vapid and trashy, she is also lazy…

Wendy has obviously also had work done on her face and you can see the difference before and after having a nose job, eye lift, cheek plumping injections and Botox. And as tired as all of the plastic surgery that Wendy has had is? Her lame tattoo that she got to cover up the tummy tuck and body lift scars is even worse.
